We are an international market research company based in Dubai and operates across several countries is currently looking for part time mystery shoppers in Saudi Arabia who are fluent in both Arabic and English, to assess the customer service standards in several retail stores, spas and many other interesting venues.
This job is a part time job which will be done on your free time, the visit will take around 3040 minutes and the report will be submitted online in 2030 minutes.
As mystery shopper, your identity should not be known to the staff or anyone in the venue ( you need to act as a regular customer).
To qualify for this role you need to have good command of Arabic and English language, sharp observation skills and excellent communication and writing skills.
