Description:
1. Receive process and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered.
2. Answer Walk-in Customer inquiries related to product and service.
3. Organizes workflow to meet customer timeframes.
4. Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues.
5. Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met.
6. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; selecting best solution; following up to ensure resolution.
Requirements:
Languages: Excellent command of English language
Excellent Keyboard skills, as well as good command of MS office
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: At least one year of experience in CS, Retail and/or Operations
Company: Egypt Express Licensee of FedEx
Location: Rotation inside Cairo
