Qualifications: Must have a marketing degree Must have at least 5 years of marketing experience. Must be fluent in English, both in speaking and in writing Must know Word, Excel, Powerpoint Must be a social person with interest in talking to people
Description: You will be responsible to draft marketing and sales plans for several companies in different industries such as retail, real estate, construction, financial services, etc. The position is very dynamic and will focus a lot of social media such as facebook, twitter, etc. Perform extensive industry research including trends, technology, competition, news, demographics, and best practices. Generate sales leads, contact clients, and perform customer service. Train sales agents on the best practices of the industry. Manage website and social media accounts Design presentations on Powerpoint, brochures, and different marketing materials. Send emails, follow up with clients, and manage the data and contracts pertaining to real estate transactions.
